IT Finance Services Limited (ITFS) was formed in March 2014 by David and Amir .  We focus on products and services to the legal sector, mainly users of ADERANT Expert, the Elite suite of products (including Enterprise, 3E, eBillingHub and MatterSphere) and historically other UK based PMS suppliers.

Whilst we are an Aderant services partner, we do not have any commercial links, we are introduced to their clients having been authorised as knowing their products backwards. 

When ITFS join a project, we are contracted with the law firm, bringing our combined knowledge to bear, bridging the gap between Vendor, who are focused on their product and its delivery, and the law firm desires for a total solution for their firm.

ITFS take a holistic view, understanding the law firm’s culture, structure, and their other systems in use such as DMS and CRM.  We get to understand the total “as is” and “will be” processes. Your project manager will roll their sleeves up and act as player manager and subject matter expert for the project. They in turn will call upon our integration, customisation, reporting and bill template gurus to build a solution that delivers the firm’s ambitions for their systems.

With more than 25 years’ experience and a rate card considerably less than vendors, we have built up great working relationships with other independent #legaltech consultants and one of our mottos is that if we cannot do it, we know a trusted associate who can!

We work with law firms “soup to nuts”, i.e., from system selection through go live and on to BAU.  Bird & Bird are our oldest client, David has consulted there since 1999! 

We offer our flagship product LawFabric – a data fabric application. More than just a portal across all systems, it can provide the user with read/write permissions to the underlying applications.

In addition to our T&M services for implementation and upgrade projects we offer BAU services, and a subscription based Premium Support service to triage issues between what may be a law firm issue or one with the vendors SAAS or applications and quickly direct the vendors first line support staff to the root cause of an issue.
